Subscription and billing information for Smoothdev.

Overview

Smoothdev offers subscription plans for individuals and teams. Plan details and pricing are available at smoothdev.io/pricing.

When to Use It

  • Subscribe to access generation features
  • Upgrade for higher usage limits or team features
  • Manage billing and payment methods

How It Works

  1. Create an account at smoothdev.io
  2. Select a subscription plan
  3. Enter payment details via Stripe
  4. Access generation features immediately

Configuration

Manage your subscription from the web dashboard:

  1. Log in at app.smoothdev.io
  2. Navigate to Billing in the sidebar
  3. View plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel

Output Behavior

Subscription changes:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Cancellations allow access until the billing period ends

Security and Data Handling

Smoothdev encrypts customer data in transit and at rest using tenant-scoped encryption keys. Source data is processed only for the requested operation and is not retained long term. Generated artifacts are returned to the user. Operational metrics and validation logs are retained to improve system reliability and quality.

Limitations

  • Subscription changes take effect at the next billing cycle for downgrades
  • Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Enterprise pricing requires direct contact with sales

Troubleshooting

Issue Resolution
Payment failed Update payment method in Billing → Manage Subscription
Usage limit reached Upgrade plan or wait for limit reset
Invoice not received Check spam folder or download from Stripe portal
